If my mother ever makes me wear one of those tie...neck...things ever again in my life I swear to the gods, to Merlin, hell even to that bloke Jesus I'll take the bloody thing and show her just how horrible those things can be.

What's the point of dressing up to impress family, anyway? They're already related to me, what else do I have to prove? That I can endure stuffy robes and suffocating ~~boa constrictors~~ neck ties?

On the plus side (and there's really only one) I now have a large addition to my candy stash. Thank Merlin for proper uncles.

I think I'll go escape for a bit...and enjoy my candies in relative peace. If that's even possible in this insane asylum.

	It's no problem. Though, I have come up with something worse. If we were girls, which thank Merlin, we're not -- we'd have to wear pointy shoes. That would most certainly be worse than a tie. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

	Good point. I often wonder why (or how) they manage to fit their feet into such ridiculous things. Comfort, pointy toes, comfort, pointy shoes...Yup, definitely choose comfort.
